You may use any major credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Please contact us if you need help completing your transaction and we will be happy to walk you though it. * All payments are expected immediately upon order. We will send one email and one PayPal or RME invoice to the email address provided. If we do not hear from you within 3 days your name, email and address will be blacklisted. *Sorry, sales, discounts, coupons and promotions do not apply to custom orders. * We do not ship until after payment is received and cleared. E-checks usually take a few days to clear. * A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required for custom orders. Order will be shipped after you have paid in full. * We do not accept Money Orders or personal checks. No exceptions under any circumstances. |

| * We ship internationally. * We happily combine shipping to save you money! * We Ship USPS 1st Class or Priority (which ever is cheapest to save YOU money) unless you request another form of delivery. * We ship usually ship custom orders within 14 days after payment is received and cleared. (please note E-checks may take up to two weeks to clear.) * We use Delivery Confirmation on all US packages that qualify. *Insurance is required on all custom orders and all orders over $30. * If you pay with PayPal we will only ship to confirmed PayPal address. Buyer is responsible for order delays if PayPal address is incorrect. Please check your PayPal address before buying. If you need help checking or changing your PayPal address on file, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. *Regarding international shipments: Butterfly Chic Boutique cannot be responsible for any customs, duty fees or taxes that may be assessed by your government. These fees are not included in our shipping prices. Butterfly Chic Boutique will not lie on customs forms. It is a purchase, not a gift and we put retail value on the package. |

We can not be responsible for packages once they are in the hands of
the USPS. Packages received damaged need to be addressed by the buyer
with their local post office as there is nothing Butterfly Chic Boutique can do nothing from our end. This is USPS policy, not Butterfly Chic Boutique policy. *Please contact us if you believe your package was lost and we will, together, work with our respective local Post Offices to try and track down the package as soon as possible. *Lost packages will be replaced at no charge to the buyer. * Returns or exchanges for purchase price only. (shipping charges will not be refunded or credited) *Returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price (not to include shipping charges) *Buyer is responsible for shipping returns or exchanges at their own costs. Butterfly Chic Boutique will refund exact postage return once the item arrives in the condition sent. *No refunds on any graphics or graphic packages after the first revision request. *15% fee charged to all graphic orders that request a refund before the 1st revision. *No refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit on personalized items. *Custom orders receive a 50% refund or 75% store credit. *No changes will be made to any graphic after the final, watermark free, graphic is sent. Any changes requested after a watermark free graphic is sent will result in additional charges. |
